Product Designer
Led the redesign of a core CRM area within the platform, working closely with the PM through discovery and user interviews to understand front desk staff needs, then consolidating scattered information and cutting key workflows from 10+ clicks down to 2, so staff could serve clients faster and with fewer errors
Collaborated on a full mobile app redesign alongside other designers and teams, contributing to the design system to ensure consistency across the platform while exploring how to integrate our design system with AI tools to increase our productivity
Presented a full product vision to company stakeholders and regularly showcased work during bi-weekly design reviews
Product Designer
Sole designer on a full platform redesign following a company acquisition, working directly with the CEO and CTO to define and align on the product vision
Conducted user research and customer interviews to identify pain points and opportunities, ensuring the redesign was grounded in real user needs
Built the design system from scratch, establishing a component library that gave the dev team a consistent foundation to build on
Collaborated closely with engineering through implementation, including front-end visual QA to ensure designs shipped as intended
Presented design work at company-wide town halls quarterly in front of 100+ employees, building company-wide awareness and excitement around the product direction
