Product Designer
Led end-to-end redesign of a core CRM area, working through discovery, user interviews to map our clients’ workflows and pain points, defining the product vision, and presented the company its’ to stakeholders including external clients
Optimized core CRM workflows, consolidating scattered information architecture to reduce user steps from 10+ clicks to just 2, significantly decreasing user errors and processing wait times.
Collaborated with other teams on a full mobile app redesign focused on accessibility and WCAG compliance
Contributed to the design system and leveraged AI tools to increase productivity
Product Designer
Owned a platform redesign as a solo designer post-acquisition, working directly with CEO and CTO to define the product vision, contributing to scaling the company from a small project to over $1M in annual revenue
Built a scalable design system from scratch, establishing a consistent component library and UX patterns
Collaborated closely with our international engineering team through implementation including manual functional and visual QA
Presented quarterly product updates at company-wide town halls to over 100 employees, increasing design and product awareness across the company and parent organization
